Rosa Hanssen is a 25-year-old Dutch artist, musician, writer, designer, and alumna of the Design Academy Eindhoven. Her work looks at how society changes and how those changes affect people.

She takes a journalistic and activist approach in her designs, using her projects to question and challenge systems.

Hanssen uses theater to challenge hierarchy by creating interactive pieces. She writes and produces performances that invite audiences to take part.

Her music is a personal, independent exploration, a space where she experiments freely.

Across all of these practices, Hanssen intends to create space for dialogues and evoke curiosity for one another’s opinions, resulting in moments of genuine connection.
